    Returns & Exchanges

    At ZiggyZamaya, we want you to feel confident shopping for your little one. Our pieces are made for comfort, movement, and everyday childhood memories, and we hope every order brings joy from the moment it arrives.

    Please review our return policy before placing your order.

    Return Window

    We accept eligible returns within 21 days of delivery.

    To qualify for a return, items must be:

    Unworn
    Unwashed
    Free from stains, odors, pet hair, and damage
    In original condition
    Returned with original tags and packaging, when applicable

    Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

    Non-Returnable Items

    The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

    Sale items
    Clearance items
    Items marked Final Sale
    Gift cards
    Personalized or custom items
    Items without original tags
    Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered
    Items returned outside the return window

    For safety and quality reasons, we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements.

    Exchanges

    At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.

    If you need a different size, color, or style, please place a new order for the item you want and return the original eligible item for a refund.

    This helps make sure the item you need does not sell out while your return is being processed.

    How to Start a Return

    Your full name
    Your order number
    The item you would like to return
    The reason for your return
    Photos, if the item arrived damaged or incorrect

    Once your return request is reviewed, we will send you return instructions if your item is eligible.

    Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without approval may be delayed or refused.

    Return Shipping

    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

    Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

    We recommend using a trackable shipping service when sending your return. ZiggyZamaya is not responsible for returns that are lost, delayed, or delivered to the wrong address by the carrier.

    Refunds

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

    If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

    Please allow 7-14 business days for your refund to process after approval. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

    Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

    If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

    Gift Returns

    If you received a ZiggyZamaya item as a gift, please contact us with the original order number.

    Eligible gift returns may be issued as store credit.

    Gift returns cannot be refunded to the gift recipient’s payment method.

    Refused, Returned, or Undeliverable Packages

    If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, refused delivery, failed delivery attempt, or undeliverable location, the customer may be responsible for any return shipping fees.

    Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

    Additional shipping charges may apply if you would like the order shipped again.

    Final Sale Policy

    Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

    Please review sizing, product descriptions, and order details carefully before purchasing final sale items.
