Orders
Can I change my order after it’s placed?
We start preparing orders quickly so your child’s pieces can get to you as soon as possible. Because of this, we may not be able to make changes after checkout.
Please double-check your size, color, shipping address, and order details before placing your order.
Can I cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee cancellations. If you made a mistake, contact us as soon as possible at [your customer service email], and we’ll do our best to help before your order begins processing.
I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
Please email us right away at [your customer service email] with your order number and the correct address. If your order has already shipped, we may not be able to update the address.
ZiggyZamaya is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 3–7 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email.
Shipping times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, holidays, or busy launch periods.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping on orders over $200.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
What if my package says delivered, but I don’t see it?
Please check around your home, mailbox, front desk, leasing office, neighbors, or anywhere the carrier may have placed it.
If you still can’t find it, contact the shipping carrier first for help locating the package. You can also email us at [your customer service email], and we’ll guide you on the next steps.
Returns
Do you accept returns?
Yes, we accept returns on eligible items within 21 days of delivery.
Items must be:

How do I start a return?

Once your return is approved, we’ll send instructions for the next steps.
When will I receive my refund?
After we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Do you offer exchanges?
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the eligible item and place a new order.

How do I choose the right size?
Please check our size chart before ordering. If your child is between sizes, we recommend sizing up for longer wear and extra room to move.
Our pieces are designed for comfort, play, and everyday childhood moments.
Are your clothes true to size?
Most of our pieces are designed to fit true to size with a comfortable, movement-friendly feel. Some styles may have a relaxed or oversized fit depending on the design.

How should I wash ZiggyZamaya clothing?
To help your pieces last longer, we recommend:

Will the colors fade?
Our goal is to create colorful pieces that stay bright with proper care. Washing inside out in cold water and avoiding harsh detergents can help protect the color and fabric.
Payments & Discounts
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major debit and credit cards, plus any payment options shown at checkout.
Can I use more than one discount code?
Only one discount code may be used per order unless stated otherwise.
I forgot to use my discount code. Can it be added after checkout?
Discount codes must be entered at checkout. We are not able to apply a discount after an order has been placed.
You are welcome to save the code for a future order if it is still valid.
Product Drops & Restocks
Will sold-out items come back?
Some styles may be restocked, but not all. If an item sells out, follow us or sign up for emails to be the first to know about restocks and new drops.
How do I know when new styles launch?
