Shipping Information
At ZiggyZamaya, we want every order to arrive safely, smoothly, and ready for your child’s next colorful adventure.
Please review our shipping policy before placing your order so you know what to expect.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be processed before it ships.
During launches, holidays, sales, or high-volume periods, processing times may be longer. We appreciate your patience as we carefully prepare your order.
Shipping Times
Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery time will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and the carrier’s current transit schedule.
Estimated shipping times:
Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
Priority Shipping: 2–4 business days]
Express Shipping: 1–2 business days]
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may happen due to weather, holidays, carrier volume, incorrect addresses, or other issues outside of our control.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after your label has been created.
We recommend checking your email and tracking link for the most updated delivery information.
Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
ZiggyZamaya is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible atHello@ZiggyZamaya.com. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has started processing or has shipped.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, ZiggyZamaya is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local carrier, neighbors, building office, front desk, or household members first.
You may also need to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
Returned, Refused, or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to ZiggyZamaya because of an incorrect address, refusal, failed delivery attempt, or an undeliverable location, the customer may be responsible for any return shipping fees.
If your package is returned to us, we will contact you with the next steps.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you would like the order shipped again, additional shipping charges may apply.
Shipping During Sales & Launches
During new product launches, sales, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing and shipping may take longer than usual.
We promise we are working hard behind the scenes to get every order packed with care and sent out as quickly as possible.
International Shipping
At this time, ZiggyZamaya ships to U.S. only / U.S. and select countries.
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges that may apply. These charges are set by your country and are not controlled by ZiggyZamaya.
International delivery times may vary due to customs processing and carrier delays.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order is placed, we begin working to process it as quickly as possible.
Because of this, we cannot guarantee order changes or cancellations after checkout.
